Refund and Returns

Thank you for choosing Tomin Apiary for your honey and bee product needs. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the highest quality products and services. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policies below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please reach out using Contact Us form including your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning the product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards and some health and personal care items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to either replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping if necessary.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Natural Characteristics

Our honey is raw and unfiltered, meaning it may contain natural bits of wax and pollen, which enhance flavor and authenticity. Honey may also crystallize over time – this is a natural process that does not affect quality. To return crystallized honey to liquid form, place the jar in warm water without boiling.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for standard returns. For returns due to damage or errors, we will cover return shipping costs.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
